How To Boost Your Self-Esteem – Step 4

Wisdom

We all have five senses: our smell, sight, taste, hearing and touch. Yet a lot of people agree with the fact that there is a sixth sense, the little voice within. Some of us “hear” it clearly and are guided through different situation by taking the right decisions. Some of us are not aware of it and need more practice to feel and be able to “read” the signs.

Where does wisdom come from?

Is this sixth sense actually the universal intelligence we have access to?

Yet we know for sure that our sixth sense is always leading us to the right answers. It is up to us to learn how to understand our inner self and to follow the signals that it’s sending out to us.

It is truly vital to listen to what our inner spirit has to say to us.

Have you ever had the feeling that something was the right thing to do? Have you been stricken by a brilliant idea asking yourself “Where did that come from?”

It is important for us to understand our mind, so that we can also understand our inner soul and all of the miraculous things it’s capable of doing for us.

We learn how things work. Instead of trying to make things work the way we want them to work, we have to  watch them work. We’ll learn much more about human nature, about the nature of the world, as we see things work without us controlling it.

When we pay attention and act upon the signals our bodies give, it presents us with a stronger understanding to our body and mind in overall. Spiritually we can give our bodied what they need.

I couldn’t have said it better! What you describe is exactly what I am trying to do through coaching and the Enneagram. I admire your ability to write so well. I feel like we are on the same wave length. I believe what you are sharing and teaching is so important. Most people are blind to their wisdom that is within through the body, heart and mind. A big thank you to you and much appreciation!☺💟

Being able to listen to your intuition, or 6th sense, or your inner guide, rather than pure reason has been such a blessing in my life. Sometimes these decisions seem irrational or wrong at first, but later turns out they were the right ones, whereas listening to nothing but reason would definitely leave me unhappy and yearning for more.

Well i remember the movie the sixth sense, it was scary and creepy to watch it. Reading here makes me feel that the movie covered it quite good
