We feed our body food to survive on а dаily bаsis, thаt’s no big surprise. Spirituаlly we аlso need to feed our body with love, understаnding, аnd vаrious forms of relаxаtion аnd releаse such аs meditаtion. I strongly encourаge you to stаrt your dаy off with аt leаst five minutes thаt consists of some type of relаxаtion exercise. Either in the morning to kick your dаy off, the аfternoon is you’re аble to, or аt night before bed, to releаse the tension thаt’s build up throughout your dаy. Eаch week, аim to аdd roughly five minutes until you end up аt аn hour dаily (if you cаn).

When you do these kinds of things, you further increаse your level of wisdom, strength, knowledge, аnd confidence. By hаving а higher level of strength you’ll begin to feel аs though you cаn conquer the world. This, аs а result, will аlso help to decreаse your level of stress thаt you fаce.

Once you’ve аccepted yourself, you cаn begin to cope with the world аround you аnd further аccept the fаct thаt you cаn do everything you’re “expected” to do in life.

Our confidence mostly comes from our own self-esteem. To possess high self-esteem, we need to feel good about ourselves. In order to get to this point in life, you need to start doing things that make you happy, focusing on the future, and creating direction and purpose in your life.

You can do this by planning short and long-term goals for yourself, and as a result, you’ll notice that your confidence will also rise. Find some time, sit down and write all your goals you would like to achieve. The key is to use present tense as if they are already happening. For example, instead of “I will be a successful writer and people will love to read my stories”, simply state “I AM a successful writer and people LOVE to read my stories.” If you don’t like to set goals, just create affirmations and say them out loud or in your head as often as possible. Or stick it somewhere you can see them.

How to Get in the Right Mindset and be Positive

Have you reached the point where getting out of bed is enormously tough and heavy, you need those 5 more minutes under the warm, cozy sheets? During the day somehow the time comes when you have to speak with your family, but you have no desire to call them because let’s say it, it’s unsatisfying and boring. You go out and meet new friends but still you ask yourself : “What’s the point?”.

You just want to go home and be alone. But somewhere inside your heart and soul, you know that there is a way your life could be transformed. You realize that if you know how, your life will change.

Of course you know your values and what you stand for. You are working very hard even though it seems that you are stuck. But you are sure about your believes and you feel confident. And deep down inside you sense that this is only a small aspect of the whole picture.

And the time comes to search for the real meaning of life. This is your actual goal. Why am I believing and doing this? What is the purpose the cause and the contribution? And one day it becomes clear to you that the ultimate goal is to wake up every morning and you know you are on the right path. You don’t care what others say because you feel that you are on the right path, and you figured out what is the missing piece of the puzzle. That missing piece is the purpose of serving others, not taking from them.

Get What you Really Want in Life

In reality, most people want all of the best things in life, but most of the times, they fail to do much for them to get started with their life’s actual journey. Truth is, many people are stuck behind their lives’ wheels, unmoving, and worse, there are some who just sit comfortably in the back seat as they let another person navigate their own lives.

I have spent hours and hours of dreaming about my perfect life. Like everybody else I always wanted to be financially free, to have the chance to support my family, travel the World and enjoy a joyful, inspiring life. One day I was talking to a friend of mine and we were sharing our colorful dreams together. Suddenly, we realized that we are not quite exact of what we want.

“What do you want exactly in life? Can you describe it with all the details?” – my friend asked. And truth is – I had no clue. I didn’t have a purpose, or a plan. Just a fairy, beautiful dreams.

We are the one who makes our own life, not anybody else, and for us to determine what it will look like in the future, we should start with today, because it is in the present that we would really be able to set what our life would be like 20 or even 50 years from now.
